  • Principles of spinal movement and good posture
  • Floor exercises and the importance of maintaining and increasing flexibility
  • Moving from the core, abdominal health and gaining strength
  • Increased energy and less physical pain
  • Relaxation and techniques to reduce anxiety and tension

Beginners welcome on Thursdays at 9.30 am

Bring your own mat and blanket.
