The Village Hall has two function rooms for hire:

• Main Hall with sprung wooden dance floor (marked out with full size badminton court) and large raised wooden stage at one end. A serving hatch allows easy access from the kitchen.
• Small Hall (the home of Sunningdale Preschool during the day in term time) with adjacent kitchenette.

Main Hall 17.1 m x 8.1 m (137.9 m2 ) wooden floor
Small Hall 9.2 m x 4.7.m (42.5 m2)
Main Kitchen fitted kitchen with two double ovens, 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, hot/cold water (switch for hot water on wall next to sinks), microwave, kettle and mugs (currently little other crockery or cutlery)
Small Hall Kitchen small fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, kettle and microwave

Capacity:

• Main Hall - maximum 150 people
• Small Hall - maximum 60 people

Accessibility:

• Access ramps to both halls

Hire rates:

Hire rates for both rooms include heating, electricity, use of tables and chairs and use of the kitchen or kitchenette as appropriate.

One off bookings

• Monday 9 am - Friday 6 pm: £16 / hour / room (both rooms £26 / hour@)
• Friday 6 pm - Sunday 11 pm*: £18 / hour / room (both rooms £30 / hour@)

Regular bookings (a regular weekly slot)

• Monday 9 am - Friday 6 pm: £12 / hour / room (both rooms £20/ hour@)

* The Village Hall must be vacated by 11.30 pm

@If the function in one room prevents the other room being hired out the hirer is required to hire both rooms

All hirings are subject to the Sunningdale Village Hall Conditions of Hire.

Smoking:

The Village Hall has a no smoking policy throughout.

Parking:

Parking is available in the Hall's private car park at the rear of the Hall.
