The CMI has two function rooms for hire:

• Front function room with kitchen (the home of Rendezvous - our community eating place - during the day in term time)
• Larger back function room

Room details:

Front

• 6.5 m x 7 m (45.5 m²)
• wooden floor
• cafe furniture including tables, chairs, child seats and sofas

Back

• 11 m x 7.2 m (79.2 m²)
• wooden floor
• 8 tables and 70 chairs

Kitchen

• small fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, hot/cold water, kettle, crockery and cutlery

Capacity:

• Front - maximum 50 people
• Back - maximum 70 people

Accessibility:

• Disabled toilet
• All rooms on single level

Hire rates:

Hire rates for both rooms include heating, electricity, use of tables and chairs and for the front function room also include use of the kitchen.

One off bookings

• Monday 9 am - Friday 6 pm: £16 / hour / room (both rooms £26 / hour^@)
• Friday 6 pm - Sunday 11 pm*: £18 / hour / room (both rooms £30 / hour^@)

Regular bookings (a regular weekly slot)

• Monday 9 am - Friday 6 pm: £12 / hour / room (both rooms £20/ hour^@)

* The CMI must be vacated by 11.30 pm

@If the function in one room prevents the other room being hired out the hirer is required to hire both rooms

Smoking:

The CMI has a no smoking policy throughout.

Parking is available on Church Road.
